    • IF YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED, PHOTO EVIDENCE WILL NEED TO BE SENT TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. UPON RECEPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS, WE'LL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL VIA E-MAIL. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY, WE'LL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES: 

  • We are only able to process a return or exchange request within 45 from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any requests falling outside of these guidelines. 
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way. 
  • We are unable to accept return or exchange requests for any Limited Edition, clearance, or sale items.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of a return or exchange shipment unless the return or exchange is due to fault of the company. (see "Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders")
  • If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed, but in some cases may take up to 10 business days.

 

ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: 

  • We are able to accept return and exchange requests for international orders within 90 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to accommodate any requests falling out of these guidelines.

  • We are unable to accept return or exchange requests for any Limited Edition, clearance, or sale items.
